Management

Tasso Chondronikolis, President

Tasso is the founder of CoreTech Staffing and Professional Services and is best known for his ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships. He is honest and committed to his clients' long-term success. Tasso is passionate about providing opportunities for growth for his staff, and takes significant pride in mentoring his employees to do better, and become more successful.

Before starting CoreTech, Tasso was involved in helping other's grow their business through his sales endeavors. During his tenure with a large IT Staffing company (1996 to 2005), he was consistently ranked the #1 staffing account executive in Canada for 7 years. Tasso served as Branch Manager for the company from 2001 to 2005, during which he attained the highest percentage growth every quarter out of all Canadian offices.

During his spare time, Tasso is an integral part of the Giovanni Bastone Foundation (raising funds for childhood cancer research), Calgary Women's Emergency Shelter and West Springs School Council.

Mark Jorgenson, Director of Professional Services & Senior Project Manager

As Director of Professional Services & Senior Project Manager, Mr. Jorgenson is responsible for delivering expertise, solutions and support for Core Enterprise IT Infrastructure. A strong team leader, Mr. Jorgenson has a consultative approach, dedicated to exceeding client requirements and expectations. He has experience with numerous successful international and national implementations that have involved multi-million dollar budgets.

His experience in project management, business analysis, corporate management and information technology, coupled with an energetic and motivated leadership style provide clients with a wide range of expertise to meet the needs of clients.

Mr. Jorgenson has an Electrical Engineering degree from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, as well as an Electronic Engineering designation from The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Raquel Chondronikolis, Director of Operations

Raquel is responsible for overseeing all Marketing and Operations at CoreTech. With more than 10 years of management and marketing experience, Ms. Chondronikolis is well versed in managing budgets, implementing customer feedback strategies, executing marketing campaigns and controlling the brand.

Prior to CoreTech, Raquel was the Marketing Communications Manager at Intuit Inc, where she was responsible for the marketing and promotion of the company's professional tax software across Canada. During her first year, she was voted "Rookie of the year" for her leadership ability and commitment to the Company's success. Ms. Chondronikolis has also held marketing leadership roles at several other Canadian high tech and telecomm companies.

Ms. Chondronikolis is a Commerce Graduate from The University of Calgary and also holds an Internet Marketing qualification from The University of British Columbia. She is an active member in her community, consistently involved in fundraising efforts and mentoring at her local school.

Peter Dowling, Operations Manager

Peter is a big fan of sports. He loves sports so much that he's been known to turn just about anything into a game or a competition. A few OTHER things Peter appreciates are: good food, 90's music, and his eight iron. What he treasures most is his wife, Richelle.

Peter graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Shortly following graduation, Peter started his own Internet marketing company that focused on the social aspect of the customer/business relationship. Peter has also worked in consulting roles for both private and public organizations and has an intimate knowledge of a wide variety of industry sectors. Peter moved to Calgary in 2008 where he served as a Corporate Controller for an electrical construction company. Now, Peter is excited about working with the highly skilled and energetic team at CoreTech.
